Dr. Almudhafar was born in Iraq. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Baghdad University School of Dentistry, and completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University.  

 She has enjoyed giving her time to volunteer at different community offices including the Loudoun County Dental Office and Mission of Mercy. 

 Dr. Almudhafar is a preferred Invisalign provider and  she’s continuously advancing her career training through attending many continuing education courses. She is dedicated to providing quality care to you and your families through her services. 

 In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading and spending time with friends and family. 

Dr. Bahrani graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2004. In 2005 he completed an Advanced Education General at Naval Hospital Great Lakes. From 2005 to 2008, he served as a General Dentist at Naval Hospital Lemoore California. He completed his Periodontics training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Bethesda Maryland in 2011 and concurrently earned a Master’s of Science degree in Health Sciences from The George Washington University. From 2011 to 2014, he served as a Periodontist at Naval Health Clinic Quantico. From 2014 till now, he is serving as Periodontics Staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Dr. Bahrani is a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology and a member of American Academy of Periodontology, and Academy of Osseointegration.

His personal awards and accomplishments in the military include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal and Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal and various campaign and unit awards.

His hobbies include finance, sports, spending time with his family and visiting his friends and family in Chicago.

Dr. Rami N. Ghorab was born and raised in Syria where he developed a passion for dentistry. He left home at early age to start his long dental journey; he moved to Egypt to earn his first dental degree, then moved to the U.S and received his second DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. After dental school Dr. Ghorab joined a general practice residency program at Montefiore Hospital in New York. Dr. Ghorab is highly trained in trauma management, complex extractions and certified in Invisalign. He is also qualified for IV sedation certification. Dr. Ghorab strongly believes in community work and getting back to the community. He participated in many projects such as the Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a smile and abroad in Jamaica. During his free time, Dr. Ghorab enjoys swimming, traveling and going out with friends and family.
